I build digital tools, templates, Chrome extensions, and SaaS products. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across my website (frekans7.com) and all projects, templates, and browser extensions published under the frekans7 name.

1. Personal Data & Website Analytics

My main website does not collect, store, or track any personal data.

• No personal information (like your IP address, name, or location) is collected when you browse the site.
• No analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or Facebook Pixels) are installed.
• No advertising or tracking cookies are placed on your browser.

2. Browser Extensions (Pomodoro Timer, F7CMS, etc.)

All Chrome extensions published under my account are designed with a privacy-first approach:

• Local Storage: All settings, configurations, logs, or timer histories are stored entirely in your local browser storage (e.g., using Chrome’s local storage API).
• No Data Transmission: None of your data, preferences, or credentials are transmitted to any external servers. Everything runs 100% client-side in your browser.
• Third-Party Integrations: If an extension interacts with external tools (such as Notion or Astro templates), the API keys or tokens you provide are stored locally and only sent directly to the official service APIs to perform the requested actions. They are never shared with or sent to me.

3. Payments & Financial Transactions

For premium templates, digital assets, or SaaS tools, I partner with third-party payment processors: Stripe and Lemon Squeezy.

• I do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial information.
• All payments are processed securely on Stripe or Lemon Squeezy servers.
• These processors share basic transaction details (like your email address and purchase history) with me for license verification, customer support, and tax compliance purposes.

4. Third-Party Services & Links

My site and tools contain links to external platforms such as GitHub, Notion, and the Chrome Web Store. When you visit these external platforms, you are subject to their respective privacy policies. I encourage you to read their privacy statements to understand how they handle your data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA Compliance)

Because I do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data on any server, there is generally no data for you to request access to, edit, or delete.

For browser extensions, you can delete all of your settings and history at any time simply by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser's extension data/cookies.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my products or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
